Seaside Blue Linen

Linen fabric has been used as a fiber in clothing for over a millennia. It is know for is smooth and cool texture, its breathability, and drapeability. The individual strands in linen tend to be irregular which helps to create an interesting texture. This bright, ocean blue, linen fabric is woven well and has the characteristic slubs. It is a little more stiff - lending it well to shirts with collars, or garments with a little more structure. Due to the looser weave it is slightly see through and some garments may need to be lined. This fabric would make a fun shirt dress, pair of shorts, or lightweight jacket.
