This Polka Dot Squiggle Couched Poplin is full of spunk and personality. We love how the couched black and white polka dot strips create a 3D texture on the selvages of the fabric. It is a double border, and there is also some cording couched down on the inside of the largest motifs. It is still pretty lightweight for the amount of embellishments it has and will be very breathable. It is slightly see through since it's white, so some garments may need to be lined. This would make a great child's dress, sun dress, or fun pair of culottes!
