This type of chain is commonly used along the hem of many of Chanel's famous boucle jackets. It helps the jacket to hang straight and even out the weigh of the fabric itself. The pearls mixed in you get a special uniqueness that no one else can copy. You can also use it to make straps on a dress, or for other decorative elements.
