This covers the whole fabric surface and gives it great texture. The color of this fabric changes throughout the yardage; sometimes it's more blue, yellow, or pink. Since it is made on a mesh fabric it is technically see through and some garments may need to be lined. It drapes really well and does not ravel easily.
