This Navy Two Tone Cotton Twill has a cool color changing effect as it is gathered and moved. The warp thread is an indigo blue, and the weft threads are black. This helps it to have a nice depth of color. Plus the inside and outside of this fabric are different colors! This fabric is a nice light-midweight and has a soft and smooth hand. It is not see through at all and is similar to 5-6oz in weight. Use it for some summer pants, a crisp button-up, or a utilitarian style skirt!
