Navy Rayon Twill

This classic bottom weight Navy Rayon Twill fabric is wonderful to feel against the skin and has a nice soft drape to it. This fabric is a medium weight and has a nice density to it. These would make a wonderfully comfortable pair of summer capris, a smart jacket, or a cool option for pants for a historical re-enactor!
