Elastic button looping is the classic trademark of a wedding gown. Having pearl buttons trailing down the back of a dress is simply sublime, and the easiest way to close all those buttons is with the premade elastic button looping. They are simple to sew in and make buttoning the dress easier too because the loops stretch around the buttons so easily. The loops are elastic and the trimming is non-elastic.
