This Dark Navy Heavy Wool Twill is the perfect fabric for your next pair of slacks or reenactment uniforms. This fabric is thick and sturdy enough to make a great pair of pants and will keep you warm all winter long, but is not so thick to make moving around difficult. It is a very dark navy, almost black, and has a very consistent weave. Use this to make a pair of wool jeans, a sport jacket, or even a long duster coat.
