Crinoline fabric is most commonly used to give special occasion dresses fullness to create a large and foofy skirt (yes, foofy). You can use this in tiered layers to make a petticoat, or sew it into a lining layer to make the fullness permanent. Use this in costumes, in millinery, or other craft projects.
