This Black Swiss Dot Chiffon is soft, flowy, and super drapey. The tufted swiss dots help to give it some texture and a tone on tone polka dot appearance. This fabric is sheer so some garments may need to be lined, it also drapes very well, and is super lightweight. Use this for a summer dress, a billowy blouse, or even some curtains!
