Stand out in style in this Cobalt Cheetah Velvet Burnout fabric. This multicolored red and blue cheetah print is a velvet burnout which means that the pattern is a soft velvet, and the rest of the fabric is a light weight tulle. This fabric is slightly see through due to the nature of the burnout. This fabric is very drapeable and would make a great dress, jumpsuit, or blouse.
